Estimator use

You may calculate a roof-cost range without providing your name, email address, or phone number. Calculator selections remain in your browser unless you voluntarily request professional help.

Address and Street View lookup

If you enter a property address, it is sent to Google Maps solely to check for and display an available Street View reference. MidSize AI does not intentionally store the address or Street View image. Google Maps imagery is displayed for property confirmation only and is not used as the input to the AI roof visualizer.

Roof visualizer photos

If you choose the roof visualizer and explicitly consent, your selected exterior photo and roof-style choices are sent securely to Google Gemini solely to generate the requested concept image. MidSize AI does not intentionally save the uploaded photo or generated preview. Google may process the data under its applicable service terms. Do not upload a photo unless you own it or have permission to use it, and avoid images containing people, license plates, addresses, or other sensitive information.

Professional-help requests

If you enter an email address, check the consent box, and request professional help, MidSize AI sends the estimate details and email address to its automation provider so the request can be routed to roofing professionals. Those professionals may contact you about the project.

Service providers

MidSize AI may use hosting, automation, analytics, and customer-relationship services to operate the estimator. These providers process information only for the services they supply.

Your choices

Using the calculator does not require consent to marketing or contractor contact. Do not select the professional-help option unless you want your project information shared for follow-up.
